Wolf Meerschaum Cigarette Holder - The wolf-carved cigarette holder is a very old one in our collection. It holds a cigarette or small cigar that fits in the opening of the angled bowl. The wolf's head points upward in a howling position. A smooth knurl connector joins a small translucent bent stem, which extends the overall length of the holder, giving the smoke more time to cool down. Because this is an older piece, it has started to color naturally and has a two-toned look with the whiter color knurl.

This meerschaum holder is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the holder is carved, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The cigarette holder will change color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum piece we sell is hand-carved, so no two are exactly the same. This cigarette holder comes with a black velvet pouch for storage and protection.
