Smiling Viking with Eagle Helmet Meerschaum Pipe - Portrait carving of a bearded, smiling Viking with an angular nose and fixed eyes gazing outward. He boasts a horned helmet with a spread-winged eagle carved on the front. His long hair spills out from under the helmet and flows onto his bearded face. The bent stem is a subtle shade of marbled amber.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Since every solid block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, each pipe is a unique, one-of-a kind piece of artistry. This hand carved meerschaum pipe comes in a specially made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a custom fit that is unique to this Viking meerschaum pipe.
