Deluxe U.S. Army Retired Sterling Silver Meerschaum Pipe - The words U.S. Army, retired, Soldier for Life, and a five-pointed star are all carved in an embossed style on the front of this apple-shaped pipe bowl. The rest of the pipe is creatively designed with a combination of round 3D lattice and designer lattice. A stamped sterling silver band with an orange ring connects the shank to a translucent red bent stem. It is quite a unique conversational piece and a special pipe to add to a military collection.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will change color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
