Squat Tomato Oval Shank Smooth Meerschaum Pipe - Carved to a smooth finish, this squat tomato pipe features an oval shank. The pipe is polished to a light gloss. The oval saddle stem is bent and shaded in swirls of earthtone colors that complement the white meerchaum nicely. Excellent choice for the tobacco pipe smoker who prefers this style meerschaum pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a custom fit and unique to that individual pipe.
