Special Signed Smooth Tomato Oval Meerschaum Pipe - Signed "M.Y." underneath the end of the shank, this pipe has a flawless silky smooth finish. The squat tomato bowl shape fits well in the hand. The bottom is somewhat flat, flat enough to sit with a lean in either direction but not flat enough to sit straight up. The smooth shank is long and is an oval shape. It connects to a marbled saddle stem that is also oval. Nice long size oval pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every meerschaum pipe we sell is hand carved so no two pipes are exactly the same. Each hand carved pipe comes in a custom black leather and velvet lined brass hinged case. The hand made case is a custom fit and unique to the individual pipe.
