Special Hand Carved Calabash Rusticated Dark Finish Meerschaum Pipe - These 100% Solid Block Meerschaum pipes are pre-colored by the individual carver who carved that particular pipe. Using a unique process, before the final waxing and polishing of the pipe, it is dipped in a special solution of beeswax and usually a special Turkish Tea. Since Meerschaum is a porous mineral, each pipe absorbs and turns a unique color depending on the particular mix that carver uses for his pipes. Each is Hand Carved so no two pipes are exactly the same. Each Hand Carved Pipe comes in a custom made velvet lined fitted case, which is unique to that pipe.
