Deluxe Sitting Smooth Oom Paul Style Meerschaum Pipe - Unusual find! Small flat bottom platform allows this smooth finished pipe to sit. The overall look is something like an Oom Paul Cutty. The deep pipe bowl is angled outward and has a very bold rounded rim. The thick shank is beveled where it connects to a marbled amber colored bent stem. Quite a stylish pipe that literally stands on its own!

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a custom fit and unique to that individual pipe.
