Special Sitting Imperial Meerschaum Pipe - This meerschaum imperial style pipe is unique with its small pedastal that allows it to stand. The smooth, thick pipe bowl is an apple shape with the classic flueting under the bowl known to imperial designs. Carved round beads circle the top of the bowl. Two rows of matching beads are carved near the end of the shank. The smooth finish is nicely polished to a light gloss. The marbled designer bent stem has a color change at the end of the mouthpiece that makes this pipe extra special.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and is imported directly from central Turkey. After carving the pipe, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating while also drawing out smoke particles and tar. Over time, the pipe will change color as it is smoked. The stem is composed of a special Amberoid acrylic, which provides a great finished look and long-lasting durability.
