Special Sideways Lattice Meerschaum Pipe - Every part of this meerschaum pipe is carved in lattice! Starting at the top of the bowl, the rim has delicately carved circular lattice all around it, and this lattice pattern carries around the pipe bowl framing the teardrops. The lattice teardrops are carved in a sideways design and they are deeply indented. The pipe will color from the inside out, and with its deep indentations it will take on lots of interesting shadows and shades. The circular lattice theme becomes bolder as it flows up the long shank. A marbled bent stem colored in muted earthtones completes the pipe. It is very lightweight for its size and is a first-class meerschaum pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Since every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand carved pipe comes in a specially made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a custom fit that is unique to this lattice meerschaum pipe.
