Deluxe Sherlock Holmes and Watson Meerschaum Pipe Set - A two-piece set of handsome portrait carvings features the famous detective Sherlock Holmes and his devoted friend, Doctor Watson. Sherlock Holmes is carved in an Oom Paul style with a bent stem. He is smoking his traditional meerschaum calabash pipe, wearing a deerstalker hat, and has his collar turned up. The carving of Doctor Watson features his dapper look with a perfectly groomed moustache and a brimmed hat that is decorated with lattice carving on the back. Both pipes have smooth shanks and brightly colored stems. This pipe set is an excellent collectible for Holmes and Watson fans.

These meerschaum pipes are hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum, and they are imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipes are carved, they are dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating that also helps to draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipes will change color over time as they are smoked. The stems are made of a special Amberoid acrylic, which provides a great finished look and long-lasting durability.
