Deluxe Sherlock Holmes Oom Paul Style Meerschaum Pipe - Master sleuth Sherlock Holmes is depicted in this hand-carved meerschaum pipe. Detective Holmes is smoking his traditional calabash pipe and wearing his classic Deerstalker hat. The pipe is carved in an Oom Paul style, with the smooth shank pointing upwards and connecting to a marbled, amber colored bent stem.

These meerschaum pipes are hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipes are carved, they are dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipes will color over time as they are smoked. The stems are made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
