Special Sherlock Holmes Bent Stem Meerschaum Pipe - Famous Detective Sherlock Holmes is depicted in this quality carving showing him smoking his signature calabash pipe. He wears his favorite deerstalker cap. His upturned collar is accented with designer lattice carving that also outlines the bottom of the pipe and the end of the smooth shank. The pipe has a deep bowl and is completed with a translucent amber colored bent stem. Handsome pipe for smoking and to add to your Sherlock or meerschaum pipe collection.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a custom fit and unique to that individual pipe.
