Sherlock Holmes Bent Stem Meerschaum Pipe - A portrait carving of Sherlock Holmes with a serious look on his face, anxious to solve a big case! Detective Holmes sports his deerstalker hat, a coat with a turned-up collar, and he is smoking his calabash meerschaum pipe. The pipe is feather-weight and has a slim, bent stem that is richly marbled in dark amber tones.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.
