Racing Horse Meerschaum Pipe - A nice carving of a horse with his ears and mane laid back like he is racing to the finish line! The pipe was dipped in a special wax formula to give it an antiqued look. It is finished with a bent stem that is colored in swirled amber tones that is complementary to the pipe's coloring.
This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a special fit and unique to this horse pipe.
