Deluxe Pirate Oom Paul Sitting Meerschaum Pipe - One of the happiest pirates we've seen is hand carved as an Oom Paul pipe. He has a full curly beard and a big toothy grin, even with one eye covered by a patch. His hat sports a skull design and a large feather swooping down one side. The bowl is deep, and the underside is flat, so the pipe sits without falling over. A lattice carved shank connects to a dark translucent full bent stem. A delightful smoking pipe to have in your collection!

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand carved pipe comes in a custom-made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a special fit and unique to this pirate meerschaum pipe.
