Deluxe Old Man Smoking Churchwarden Pipe Meerschaum Pipe - This old man with deep set sleepy eyes came rolling home to bed. He wears a nightcap with a long decorative tassel and is having one last smoke from his apple bowl churchwarden meerschaum pipe before turning in for the night. His full wavy beard adds extra length to the pipe which allows it to sit without toppling over. The lattice carved shank connects to a scrolled designer bent stem marbled in rich shades of amber color. Lightweight for its size and what an amusing pipe to smoke and add to a pipe collection!

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a custom fit and unique to this bearded old man pipe.
