Nording Virgin #1 Churchwarden Briar Pipe - This freehand churchwarden briar pipe is made by the world-famous Danish pipe maker Erik Nording. The Virgin #1 pipe features straight briar wood grain that is made from the very best plateau briar. This is the outer part of the block where the nicest texture and beauty of the grain is found. The pipe has a smooth finish and is polished to a high gloss. The natural rusticated areas on the rim of the bowl show a contrast to the polished smooth finish.

The pipe is stamped "Nording Made in Denmark" in a circle on the underside of the shank with the number "1" stamped in the middle. The tapered, black churchwarden stem offers a graceful bend and has a white scripted initial "N" embedded in the vulcanite stem. This one-of-a-kind pipe comes in a brown velvet drawstring pouch with the Nording signature logo and Denmark printed in gold.
