I needed to replace the plastic screw that attached the stem to pipe it worked fine and now i even have a new stem also the company was very prompt on sending out the products awesome

Stem is what I expected - quality product. I had ordered in hopes that it would fit my mini meerschaum from another vendor but unfortunately it does not. I was cautioned by the folks at Royal that the stem replacements are specifically for their line.
