Special Lion with Designer Stem Meerschaum Pipe - The King of the Jungle is portrayed excellently in this hand carved lion meerschaum pipe. The carving captures all the details of the lion, from the full mane framing his head to the whiskers on his face. The pipe bowl is deep, and the large head fits comfortably in the hand. A round lattice pattern is carved on the shank that attaches to a scrolled designer bent stem colored in rich amber shades.  

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
