Lion with Carved Shank Meerschaum Pipe - The lion head pipe features a full mane with textured carving around the pipe bowl and carrying up the shank. The carving shows a ferocious face, with the lion barring his sharp teeth. A colorful, marbled bent stem is in shades of dark and light amber.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
