Special Lattice Squat Tomato Oval Meerschaum Pipe - The squat tomato is a popular bowl style, and this one is carved in a teardrop lattice pattern with tiny circles of detailed, carved round lattice framing the teardrops. Because of its wide base, the pipe sits without falling over and spilling tobacco. The shank is oval and is also carved in lattice. It connects to an oval, straight stem that is colored in swirls of dark amber. The pipe is ideal for the tobacco smoker who prefers the squat bowl style.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum, and it is imported directly from central Turkey. After carving the pipe, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating, which also helps to draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will change color over time as you smoke it. The stem is made out of a special Amberoid acrylic, which provides a great finished look and long-lasting durability.
