Indian Chief with Headdress Meerschaum Pipe - Portrait carving of an Indian Chief with a headdress made of feathers held in place by a headband. The detail carving of the stern face and headdress brings the pipe to life. It has a bent stem that is an amber color turning darker at the bit.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every meerschaum pipe we sell is hand carved so no two pipes are exactly the same. Each hand carved pipe comes in a custom black leather and velvet lined brass hinged case. The hand made case is a custom fit and unique to the individual pipe.
