Full Mane Lion Meerschaum Pipe

Full Mane Lion Meerschaum Pipe - This lion pipe is a larger sized head showing the lion with an open mouth so you can see the needle sharp teeth. The mane is carved framing the whole lion face and carrying around the underside of the pipe. The long shank has carved lines representing the lion's hair. The translucent stem is see-through where it joins the shank and colors to a dark tone as it bends.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every meerschaum pipe we sell is hand carved so no two pipes are exactly the same. Each hand carved pipe comes in a custom black leather and velvet lined brass hinged case. The hand made case is a custom fit and unique to the individual pipe.
