When will my backorder arrive? Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when more will be in stock. We will keep you informed by email or phone and as soon as the product becomes available it will be shipped to you.

How much is my shipping? Shipping is free for orders over $75 that ship anywhere in the contiguous US. For all others and international shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. International Shipping
Do you ship to my country? Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side or our site. In signing up you will be asked for your shipping address. If your country is listed in the dropdown menu of available countries then yes, we can ship to your country. If your country is missing please contact us.
What are my payment choices? During the checkout process you may select any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note we will not ship your order until payment is received.

Usually shipping cost outside the USA is $15, however it may vary based upon weight and destination country.
