Special Sultan & Full Lion's Head Meerschaum Pipe

Special Sultan & Full Lion's Head Meerschaum Pipe - From the private estate of Irving Korn, this unsmoked meerschaum pipe is a special carving of a Sultan and Lion head. It is an older pipe, probably from the late 1970's or early 80's, and has started to naturally color in some areas. The shank is carved in lattice. The bent stem is a swirl of rich amber color.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
