Claw Lattice Churchwarden Meerschaum Pipe - A long, curved churchwarden stem is a special addition to this classic meerschaum pipe claw. The pipe bowl is carved in a circular lattice design and held in place by the sharp talons of the eagle claw. It is quite a beautiful traditional pipe for the tobacco smoker who is partial to a meerschaum pipe with a churchwarden stem.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Since every solid block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, each pipe is a unique, one-of-a kind piece of artistry. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a custom fit and unique to this claw churchwarden meerschaum pipe.
