Calabash Topkapi Style Slightly Bent Meerschaum Pipe - This carving combines two popular classic styles into one pipe! It is a smooth calabash with a carved band inspired by the Topkapi Palace architecture circling the middle of the pipe bowl. The bowl size is very good for the overall size of the pipe. The translucent tiger stem is only slightly bent.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom-made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case, which is a special fit and unique to this calabash pipe.
