Special Buffalo Bent Stem Meerschaum Pipe -Buffalo pipes are rare to find these days, and this one is exceptional. From the pointed, curled horns to the texture of the hair and details in the face, this buffalo pipe is an excellent carving. The pipe is a nice, large size with a light polished finish. It has a smooth shank with a lightly etched lattice pattern circling the end, where it connects to a marbled, amber bent stem. This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Since every solid block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, each pipe is a unique, one-of-a kind piece of artistry. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a custom fit that is unique to this buffalo pipe.
