Special Bear Family Meerschaum Pipe

Special Bear Family Lattice Meerschaum Pipe - Every square inch of this pipe is carved! A family of six bears is carved all poised in different positions around a dimensional earthen platform that sits on the long lattice shank. The pipe bowl is carved in teardrop lattice each framed with smooth band and tiny lattice carvings in between. The underside of the shank is carved in an elaborate designer lattice pattern. This unique pipe sits with a tilt and the pipe tobacco will not spill out. The scrolled designer stem is a translucent deep marbled color with barely a slight bend. Lightweight for its size and certain to be a conversational art piece.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a special fit and unique to this bear family pipe.
