Signed Baglan Claw Meerschaum Cigarette Holder - Unusual find! Whimsical carving by Master Carver Baglan has an eagle claw holding an egg with cracks and a small hole at the top. From the front and sides it looks like a regular claw pipe with a fancy designer stem. That is until you look at the top and see the opening is made to hold a cigarette! Baglan added his signature on the side of the shank. A unique collector's piece and a clever usable cigarette holder.

This meerschaum piece is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the holder is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The cigarette holder will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every meerschaum piece we sell is hand carved so no two are exactly the same. Each hand carved item comes in a custom burgundy leather and velvet lined brass hinged case. The hand made case is a custom fit and unique to the individual holder.
