Special Apple 3D Deep Lattice Meerschaum Pipe - Exceptional trellis-style 3D lattice carving surrounds this thick apple pipe bowl. The bowl is done in 3D by a space meticulously carved underneath each lattice. The depth of the lattice carving is so pronounced that you can see the smooth roundness of the pipe bowl behind it. The underside of the pipe features an embossed floral design framed with carved beads, while the shank is carved in a basket weave motif. The pipe was dipped in a special wax formula to give it a deep, dark yellow color. Sections of the pipe are framed with beading that is left white to contrast the yellow coloring. The bent saddle stem is a marbled deep color that complements the pipe nicely. Although not signed, this pipe was carved by Govem, which makes it a fine pipe to smoke and add to your collection.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum, and it is imported directly from central Turkey. After carving the pipe, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating, which also helps to draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will change color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made from a special Amberoid acrylic, which provides a great finished look and long-lasting durability.
